We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property’s pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile upon application approval (pet registration fees apply). We want you to feel right at home! So, we are pleased to welcome two (2) approved animals per home (cats & dogs only). A completed and active pet profile (with PetScreening) and agreement must be completed for each pet. Any applicable pet fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of a pet to your home. Once you complete your pet profile, you will be notified of those pet charges–at move-in, monthly, or both as is permissible and applicable.

One-time pet owner fee starts at $300.00 per pet (due at move-in). And monthly pet rent starts at $50.00 per pet. Exact costs will be determined by PetScreening.com.
For your comfort, we do have a list of restricted Breeds, which include and are subject to being edited:
**Any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not permitted–or any other breed deemed to be aggressive or a threat to other residents.

Utilities
Residents are responsible for hot water/heating, electricity, cold water/sewer, and rubbish removal (which will be billed back to residents through portal); and phone/internet/cable that residents will need to set up through Spectrum.
